Thursday, September 19
6:30–8:00 pm: Welcome Reception at the Rotunda in the Metropolitan 9
Friday, September 20
DAY (dress: casual)
7:00–8:30 am: Breakfast in Schofield Hotel Banquet Room
8:45/9:00 am: Group will board three trollies for 2.5 hour narrated Lolly the Trolley City Tour
11:30 am: Tour concludes; group is dropped at the Cleveland Museum of Art for Cleveland Melting Pot Buffet lunch buffet consisting of the following:
Soup: Tomato bisque, parmesan
Salad: Mixed greens, picked peppers, grape tomato, fennel, feta, Champagne vinaigrette
Sandwiches: Roasted Turkey, Honey-glazed Ham, Marinated Mushroom, White Bean Spread
Sides: Broccoli-peanut-dried cranberry salad, and assorted Dirty Chips
Dessert: Chef’s selection of fresh baked cookies, brownies
Menu includes freshly baked bread, freshly brewed coffee, hot tea, iced tea
1:00 pm: Two Motorcoaches pick up the entire group for transport to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame
4:00 pm: Motorcoaches load to return all Guests to The Kimpton Schofield Hotel
DINNER (dress: business casual)
6:00 pm: Motorcoaches return to load guests for transport to Music Box Supper Club (MBSC)
6:30 pm: Drinks & Dinner at MBSC Evening Event. Food Stations include the following:
Vegetable Crudités & Assorted Dips, Artisan Cheese Assortment with Dried Fruits and Nuts
Cleveland Pride Station: Kielbasa, Cabbage & Noodles, Pork Schnitzel, Pierogis, Meatballs, and Fried Perch
Mediterranean Station with an assortment of Hummus, Tabbouleh, Souvlaki, Pita Chips, and Grilled Vegetables
7:30 pm: Welcome from the Barksdales and Stories of Cleveland from Dan Ruminski
9:00 pm: Guest load to return guests to The Kimpton Schofield Hotel
Saturday, September 21
SPOUSES (dress: casual, comfortable shoes)
9:15 am: Motorcoach picks up spouses from The Kimpton Schofield Hotel and do a narrated loop around the Cultural Gardens in route to Cleveland Botanical Garden
10:00 am–12:00 pm: Group arrives at Cleveland Botanical Garden, to tour on own
12:00 pm: Motorcoach picks up spouses and drops group at UH Main Campus
12:30 pm: Everyone enjoys program & lunch at UH Main Campus
2:00 pm: Motorcoach picks up spouses from UH Main Campus and drops at The Kimpton Schofield Hotel
SURGEONS (dress: business casual)
7:30 am: Motorcoach picks up Physicians from The Kimpton Schofield Hotel and drop at UH Main Campus
12:30 pm: Everyone enjoys program & lunch at UH Main Campus
4:00 pm: Motorcoach picks up surgeons from UH Main Campus and drops at The Kimpton Schofield Hotel
EVENING DINNER (dress: cocktail)
6:30–9:00 pm: Dinner Reception in the Schofield Hotel Banquet Room
