Where to Eat in Oklahoma City

If you find yourself with some free time and an empty stomach, head to one of these highly recommended restaurants in Boston.

Located Downtown

FLINT

Located right in our hotel, Flint is an upscale casual restaurant and lounge featuring contemporary American cuisine. Easy to get to and convenient.   They have an indoor/outdoor bar area that is nice.

KITCHEN NO. 324

Industrial cafe/bakery in a historic building preparing sustainable sandwiches & artisanal desserts for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Open until 9PM. We proudly use local, organic and sustainably farmed products when possible, we hope to bring warm and inviting food, using classic preparation techniques and exciting new flavors and ingredients. They close early, but have a nice menu.  Not complicated.

MAHOGANY PRIME STEAK HOUSE

This is a restaurant where steak is the star – where great steak is the rule, not the ... Mahogany's steaks are the finest custom-aged U.S. Prime Midwestern Beef. Highly recommend this restaurant as it is right across the street from the Colcord.  Very good food. Get your reservation early.

MUSEUM CAFÉ

This classy American eatery at the Oklahoma City Museum of Art has a full bar & Sunday brunch. A regular stop for us before the theater. Very good food.

VAST

New American fine dining & cocktails on the 49th floor of the Devon Tower. Right next to our hotel.  Easy.  We will all dine at their event center on Saturday.   Beautiful view of the city.

JONES ASSEMBLY

Oklahoma City’s newest destination for food spirits and music located on the west end of downtown on historic Film Row. Right next to 21C Museum Hotel. Brand new,  may be a little loud, but fun and they have music every weekend.   We haven’t been there, but it comes highly recommended. Get your reservation early.

Located in Midtown

PACKARD'S NEW AMERICAN KITCHEN

Inventive, artisanal spins on classic American fare in the historic Packard dealership building. Tapas style.   Down the street from a beer garden called the Bleu Garten.

STELLA MODERN ITALIAN CUISINE

Brick-oven pizzas & inventive pastas & entrees are showcased in an elegant room with red banquettes. Across the street from the Ambassodor Hotel and the O Bar.

FASSLER HALL

This is a German Beer Hall-great for after dinner if you want  to sit at picnic tables, socialize and drink a beer.  Limited food menu. Great dessert pie from a local place called Pie Junkie. Downstairs is a bowling alley…..called the Dust Bowl.

Located in Automobile Alley

BROADWAY 10

Modern, elevated restaurant featuring wood-fired meats & a full bar with craft cocktails. Nice atmosphere.  A steakhouse with great ala carte menu.

IGUANA GRILL

Creative twists on Mexican fare plus classics, vegetarian options & 200+ tequilas in unfussy digs. Casual, love the margaritas here.

RED PRIME STEAKHOUSE

Steaks & seafood plus a gluten-free menu, a long wine list & a cigar bar in sophisticated surroundings.  Located in the heart of Oklahoma City’s historic Bricktown, Mickey Mantle’s Steakhousedelivers a sizzling dining and social experience. Right across the street from the Bricktown Ballpark.  Cigar Bar is separate.   Food is very good.

THE MANTEL WINE BAR & BISTRO

Fine seafood & chops in a low-lit bistro with a clubby decor, including leather banquet seats. More intimate setting with fine food.

PINKITZEL

Betsy added this only for those with a sweet tooth. It is surrounded by construction, but if you are walking toward Bricktown, its worth the stop.   A wonderful candy and cupcake store.
